Job Summary

Utilizes a training period at the Digital Print and Mail Center to learn the operation of all print and mail related equipment and processes.
Job Duties


+ Operates high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.

+ Ensures copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections.

+ Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.

+ Operates high speed, high volume mail inserting equipment to meet required daily mail volumes.

+ Operates mail sorting equipment as needed.

+ Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.

+ Calculates charges for jobs performed during the presort process and maintains some billing logs.

+ Responds to and coordinates service calls as deemed necessary.

+ Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the site when necessary.
