We are seeking an experienced Principal Associate Transport Planning & Mobility to join our Transport Planning & Mobility team in Dubai. This role will lead and contribute to the delivery of transport planning, traffic engineering, and mobility solutions for a portfolio of Dubai-based projects within the Transport & Infrastructure business unit. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in transport planning studies, traffic modelling, and mobility strategy development with a strong understanding of Dubai’s regulatory environment.
A mandatory requirement for this role is being an RTA Level 3 Approved Liaison Engineer, enabling effective coordination with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) throughout project lifecycles. This senior role requires strong technical capability, leadership, and client‑facing skills to drive integrated and forward‑thinking transport solutions across complex infrastructure programmes.
