This role owns what millions of customers see, feel, and do across our mobile app and web, and personally drives the platform engines—measurement, experimentation, and CDP—that the whole company depends on to learn. Director‑level seniority. Hands‑on IC. You will ship.
We are deliberately lean. This is not a role for someone who delegates the craft. We want someone who personally authors requirements, goes deep into UX flows, partners directly with engineers, and works face‑to‑face with marketing, science, IT, and commercial teams—no intermediaries.
