Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team by creating, reviewing and tracking Opportunities and Leads
• Monitor key sales metrics and account level performance
• Lead generation of identified opportunities
• Onboard and handhold new partners/resellers
• Conduct product training sessions for partners/resellers
• Support partners/resellers in documentation and proposal materials
• Support development and delivery of sales‑related training material
• Work closely with management in identifying gaps in sales strategies and market penetration
