The Role

The principal software engineer role is responsible for leading a team towards development, implementation, maintenance, and support of software solutions. This job requires an active hands‑on contributor in the software development life cycle, performing analysis and design as well as a proven team player to achieve project goals, in addition to good personal & communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical directions on tactical and strategical basis for the team.
• Support other team members and ensure healthy team atmosphere following SEEK culture.
