This Product Manager will be working with MOS Integrations and Migrations.
**Below skills are critical for success in this role**:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, working as a business analyst/Program manager/Process Manager
- Skills to understand business requirements and write detailed use cases
- Knowledge of Oracle Support business processes is a plus
- Good documenting skills to write up user stories and Technical details/use case flows
- Experience working across teams to finalize business requirements
- Knowledge of Jira, confluence and project planning is required
- Flexibility to working with global team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player in taking ownership of issues and resolving them
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
