Lead process engineering activities across project stages including options assessment, basis of design, detailed design, procurement support, commissioning, and optimization to ensure project success
Define and integrate treatment strategies such as BNR, MBR, MBBR, tertiary/advanced treatment, disinfection, and sludge/energy solutions (AD, CHP, biosolids) to meet project requirements
Develop and review process deliverables including mass balances, hydraulics, PFDs, P&IDs, control philosophies, process datasheets, and equipment specifications to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
Perform and validate process modelling and simulations using tools like BioWin, GPS-X, and WEST to analyze scenarios and meet effluent targets and resilience goals
Lead design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID sessions, value engineering, and constructability assessments to ensure alignment with codes, permits, and client standards
