T&M Associates is seeking an experienced engineer with a strong technical background to join our Hydraulics and Hydrology team to support our Transportation Market. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, transportation drainage design, floodplain mapping, dam inspection and analysis, and NJDEP permitting, along with demonstrated leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee delivery of hydraulic, hydrologic, stormwater, transportation drainage, floodplain mapping, and dam-related projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.Provide technical direction and perform/review modeling and analysis using HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (1D steady-state including bridge/culvert and floodway modeling), HEC-1, PondPack; 2D modeling experience preferred.Support NJDEP permitting efforts, including NJAC 7:8, 7:13, and 7:20 (familiarity with 7:7, 7:7A, and 7:50 preferred).Serve as client ...
