Responsibilities
Lead and support enterprise Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) implementations and enhancements.
Configure and optimize workflows, SLAs, automation rules, permission schemes, and service projects within Jira / JSM.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Jira-based solutions.
Drive stakeholder discussions, solution workshops, requirement gathering, and implementation activities.
Support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management practices.
Contribute to solution design, technical advisory, and customer‑facing engagements.
