Principal Architect with the ability to supervise juniors and be responsible for reviewing the technical accuracy of the deliverables.
Core Responsibilities:
Takes responsibility for checking juniors' work for quality project delivery. Takes ownership of the delivery of smaller projects or single discipline tasks. A key performer in interdisciplinary coordination. Cross-check the design/ scheme for compliance and verify consultant information. Review the planning application/ submission requirements. Ability to liaise with clients and contractors to design as per the client's brief in compliance with the local planning policy guidelines and recommendations of statutory authority.
