             1. PrincipalDistributor Relationship:  Act as the primary point of contact between the distributor and its principals. 
Ensure alignment and achievement of annual business objectives. 
Monitor relationship performance ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  
 2. Regulatory:  Follow up & collaborate with the regulatory team to secure product registrations renewals and approvals. 
  
 3. Business Development & Market Access:  Ensure the inclusion of new pipelines of our principals to expand the portfolio within the UAE market. 
Support new product launches by coordinating with regulatory supply chain marketing distribution and sales teams. 
Negotiate and manage agreements with Principals to optimize market access and sales efficiency.
