A Primary Homeroom Teacher is an informed and reflective practitioner who uses inquiry-based teaching strategies to create positive and inclusive learning environments that motivate and challenge all children to become self-regulated learners who are empowered to take action. A PYP Homeroom teacher is responsible for the wellbeing of learners and will plan and teach collaboratively with his or her team to provide a transdisciplinary approach to learning.
