Seeking Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join team near Myrtle Beach, SC.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Outpatient clinical role – no inpatient

Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm / Fri: 8am-12pm)

Protected administrative time ( 5 days clinic time with .5-day admin time per week)

36 patient contact hours / 4 admin hours

Call Schedule: Minimal, shared among all providers on a 1:7 to 1:8 rotation

Cerner EMR

Support Staff: The APP will have a dedicated nurse and access to support from medical assistants.

PATIENT VOLUME & CENSUS:

Average Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day

Patient Census: Primarily adult and geriatric patients, with some pediatric cases

Demographics: A mix of rural and suburban patients, with common cases such as hypertension, diabetes, and routine wellness checks, etc.
