You'll play a key role in delivering targeted interventions, helping young people make positive choices and reduce the risk of offending and anti-social behaviour.

As a Prevention Worker, you will:

* Undertake assessments of young people referred to the Youth Justice Prevention Team.

* Develop and deliver tailored intervention plans to address offending and anti-social behaviour.

* Build positive, supportive relationships with young people and their families.

* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.

* Participate in occasional evening and weekend work as required.
