Prevention Services Worker

Position Description/Summary:
Prevention Services Worker reports to the Prevention Services Supervisor. The primary objective is to work closely with Families and Family Services to ensure safety and wellbeing of children by decreasing the level of risk.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing evidence based parenting programming to youth and families which will enable them to live in a healthy, functioning family unit. Obtaining accreditation in a Best Practice parent training program. Actively participate with Family Services and family group conferencing, case conferences, and case planning.
