Automotive Service Advisor required in Chelmsford, Essex

Salary: Circa £24,000 (depending on experience) Term: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

• Act as a contact for customers, from booking in, to liaising with the aftersales department in order to provide them with regular updates on the status of their vehicles.
• Ensure that the cost of parts required and the price of work have been agreed with the customer.
• Explain technical information that may be pertinent to the customer in a clear manner.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and make sure that they are provided the highest level of care as well as building a rapport with them in order to retain their business.
