This role is responsible for overall growth of the company in the region year on year. The key expectation from this role is to work closely with the Regional/Country business leaders of the four businesses and develop and execute the strategic plan that will drive growth. The person does not run day-to-day operations of the businesses but will get involved on exception basis as needed. Be deeply involved in strategic pursuits. Strategic pursuits may include large deals or deals with significant strategic importance . Digital and Connected deals. Own and grow business from key strategic accounts. Build relationship with C-level executives in customer account and be the One Honeywell face in the country. Develop and nurture key talent in the region.
