Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster the cognitive, emotional, and social development of preschool children.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children’s progress, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or equivalent experience in teaching young children.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and ability to apply best practices in teaching.
• Patience, creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young children.
