Job Title: Prep Cook
Reports to: Sous Chef / Executive Chef
Compensation: $18-$21/hour
This role is essential in ensuring smooth service by preparing all necessary ingredients and items ahead of time, receiving and organizing vendor deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the daily prep list according to specified quantities and timelines
- Follow all recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all health department safety and sanitation standards
- Receive, inspect, and properly store all vendor deliveries
