POSITION SUMMARY
Avenue 365 Lender Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Premier Title Specialist to support Premier and Retail title processing, curative, and closing operations. This role provides end-to-end transaction support for both refinance and purchase files, ensuring timely title clearance, accurate documentation, and compliance with client and internal service level agreements (SLAs).The Premier Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for loan officers, processors, borrowers, attorneys, realtors, and vendors throughout the life of the file. The role emphasizes superior customer service, collaboration across teams, and adherence to underwriting and operational standards to ensure a smooth closing experience and high customer satisfaction.DESCRIPTION
