What you'll do:

As an Associate Director of Preferred and Small Business Banking, you'll be responsible for leading the banks in-person client facing branch sales and service teams across a regional geography (between 5-8 locations) to achieve performance and productivity goals in sales, service, and operations. This leader will be responsible for executing strategies to enhance the client experience, deepen relationships, and drive growth and retention for both preferred and small business clients.
