The POM Front-End Integration Lead is the technical and strategic owner of upstream Precision Overmold (POM) integration. This role is accountable for translating the Sliver and EMC into POM – A precision overmolded Sliver. This position serves as the single-threaded front-end integration leader, setting process direction, technical standards, and cross-functional alignment for POM.
The individual will collaborate closely with upstream in ensuring incoming Sliver quality meeting the needs of the POM work center.
Being an Integration lead, the engineer will be accountable to collaborate with our Corvallis partner to improve the yield performance of Singapore POM consistently.
