Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hand grinders, bench grinders, polishers, and other finishing tools to smooth and finish metal surfaces.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, weld splatter, and imperfections from fabricated parts.
• Polish and buff stainless steel or other metal components to achieve required surface finishes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Follow work orders, blueprints, and technical instructions for finishing requirements.
• Maintain tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition.
• Handle stainless steel and other materials carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
• Work closely with fabricators, welders, and assemblers to ensure high-quality output.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
