With background or training in Early Years or Early Childhood Development
Experience teaching preschool, nursery or kindergarten learners is an advantage
Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate learning strategies, and classroom management
Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Skilled in planning and implementing play-based and structured learning activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, caring, and enthusiastic in working with young children
Able to observe, assess, and document students' progress
Responsible, organized, and professional in conduct
Works well with co-teachers, teacher's aides, and administrators
Willing to follow school policies and educational standards.
