            Responsibilities Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, pain points, and success criteria 
Design solution approaches and service scopes aligned to customer requirements and delivery realities 
Deliver technical presentations, workshops, product/service walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) 
Support sales with technical qualification, objection handling, and solution positioning 
Produce technical content for proposals and RFPs, including architecture diagrams and solution narratives 
Act as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers 
Requirements 2–4+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering role within cybersecurity 
Strong fundamentals in networking, endpoints, identity, cloud basics, and security logging/monitoring
