  • Pre-sales processes: direct interactions with potential clients and creation of related documentation
  • Consulting approach – as is process documentation, gap analysis, visualization and problem-solving ability on a new business problem
  • Credit risk processes – policies, scorecards, cut-offs, credit bureau usage at UW and portfolio, collection score and processes

Ability to handle all of the following areas: (presales specialization)

  • Proactively support Sales team in scouting new opportunities, understanding customer’s needs, defining the potential proposal
  • Cooperate in the preparation of technical proposals, answers to RFPs
  • Discuss directly with client’s technical and middle management resources. Collect requirements, discuss technical approaches, present results
