Value of project Projects range from small demolition (circa £1m) soft strip and clearance – to complex Industrial demolition including managing explosive blow downs, high rise top-down demolition and large high-reach machine demolition. Follow on works packages including infrastructure, basement construction and civil engineering. (worth upwards of £40m+) Scope of works: The role will include but will not be limited to: • Lead the technical development to unlock complex and interesting projects. • Unpick invitations for tender and distribute to different disciplines to provide technical solutions. • Co-ordinating and managing technical answers and prioritising for the overall successful delivery of the tender programme and solution. • Producing basic to intermediatory programmes utilising Asta. • Supporting PQQ process and providing techn...
