Job Summary

The Team Manager is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the store by managing the performance and development of their team of Client Advisors and consistently driving retail excellence in-store. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and training the team, while proactively supporting them in achieving sales, KPI, and clienteling goals—all while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The Team Manager is also assigned a product category of expertise and is responsible for driving its performance across the entire store.
