With their Practice Manager heading on parental leave, we are seeking an experienced, confident, and highly organized temp to step in for 6-8 weeks (potentially longer) while the COO determines the longer‑term structure. Working in a close‑knit team, this role is a hands‑on operational position responsible for keeping the business running smoothly through people support, office and fleet coordination, supplier management, and day‑to‑day problem‑solving. You will act as the central connector across the organisation, supporting onboarding and off‑boarding, leading culture initiatives, assisting with H&S activities, and managing IT interactions with the external provider.
Duration: 6‑8 weeks starting on May18th2026
Hours: 8:30am‑5:00pm (flexibility to start earlier if needed)
Rate: $43‑$48 per hour +8% holiday pay (depending on experience)
Location: Takapuna, office‑based (parking options nearby), close to cafés and shops
