We are seeking a Practice Development & Education Lead (RN/ODP) who is credible, dynamic, motivated and well organised, to lead the delivery of high‑quality clinical practice and education within our operating theatre services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our diverse and dynamic theatres teams, working across operating theatres within two departments, with further expansion planned. The John Radcliffe Main Operating Theatre Department comprises five theatres providing routine and emergency surgery. The West Wing Operating Theatre Department includes theatres delivering specialist surgery for adults and children.
