University degree in Law, Economics or equivalent.
Proficiency in oral and written English language. ☝️ Minimum General & Specific professional experience:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in PPP advisory to large transport infrastructure projects, of which at least 3 years should be preferably in Sub-Saharan African countries.
Working experience in South Africa is an added advantage.
Involvement in a minimum of 2 large transport infrastructure projects in the past 10 years.
