Job Description We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individual who can manage multiple tasks, liaise confidently with internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and clients, and ensure service levels, reporting and compliance obligations are met. Key Responsibilities Coordinate reactive works, planned maintenance and shutdown activities, including liaison with clients, building officers and engineering teams Log, triage and manage reactive tasks, identifying appropriate solutions within contractual processes Raise and manage work orders in Tririga and purchase orders in Coupa, following approval processes Prepare and issue requests for quotations and coordinate subcontractor attendance on site Maintain PPM schedules, assign work orders and ensure completion in line with monthly deadlines Collect, review and upload compliance, test and completion documentation, including NICEIC-related records Carry out Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes and track remedial works as requi...
