Job Responsibilities: - Reporting to Department Manager for the fulfilment of maintenance contract requirement of DC Charger/Zonal/UPS system.
- Maintains good relationship with related vendors and customers for the maintenance contract of DC Charger/Zonal/UPS system.
- Manage a team of field engineers to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and optimise resources to carry out preventive maintenance of UPS systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and optimise resources to execute corrective maintenance when necessary to resolve system faults or alarms.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to maintain the operational integrity of the UPS systems.
- To provide technical and engineering support for DC Charger/Zonal/UPS system.
