Our team at FeedMax is growing. We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working individual to fill the position of Power Engineer at our facility in Killarney, MB.

Reporting to the General Manager, the 5th Class Power Engineer will participate in the start-up, commissioning, maintenance, and operation of the powerhouse. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to supervise the installation, gaining an in-depth understanding of the systems prior to operating them.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe operation and maintenance of all utilities equipment including boiler, air compressors, glycol heating equipment, air handling units, and our fire protection system.
• Perform daily tasks to ensure we follow boiler regulations.
• Ensure food quality standards are met by following GMP’s and HACCP rules and regulations.
• Perform regulator maintenance on the Powerhouse equipment to prevent down time.
