**The Impact You'll Make**

As our Power Electronics Engineer, you’ll play a key role in investigating and benchmarkingIGBT, SiC chip characteristics and performance. You'll also take charge of simulation with focus on electromagnetic design, thermal design and switching performance of power modules.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Perform loss and Tj simulation for modules with different chipsets;
Perform electromagnetic simulation to extract parasitic inductance and parasitic resistance, and use these parameters to perform switching behavior simulation of power modules;
