The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Burés research group. This position will be funded by the project PID NB-I00 financed by MCIU/AEI/ / /FEDER,UE.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanistic studies and catalyst development.
• Execute laboratory group tasks.
• Produce high-quality research reports and publications.
• Lead and participate in both individual and collaborative research projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and forward‑planning documents.

Requirements

• Holding a PhD degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• A strong background in organic chemistry and/or catalysis.
• Knowledge of techniques used to monitor reactions such as NMR, IR, HPLC, and GC.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
