Reporting directly to lab director Dr. Jay Golden, Director of the Dynamic Sustainability Lab (DSL) at Syracuse University and the Pontarelli Professor of Environmental Sustainability and Finance. This position will support the lab director, Assistant Research Professor, and lab Managing Director Dr. Janire Pascual. The work will support research into the U.S. Biobased economy spanning bioenergy, biochemicals, bioplastics, biobased consumer products, Sustainable Aviation Fuels and biobased building materials. This will include supporting the further development and expansion of an interactive biobased feedstocks and biobased products database and interactive website see: https://www.advancingmarkets.org. as part of a multi-year grant from the USDA's Advancing Markets for Producers program.
