Job Description

The Postdoctoral Research Associate will play a key role in the Climate Smart Feed Management Committee's educational efforts, focusing on training NRCS personnel and other stakeholders. This role involves developing and delivering workshops, webinars, and online courses to facilitate the adoption of climate-smart feeding practices. Design and implement a Train the Trainers program to build the capacity of conservation professionals, NRCS field staff, and other technical service providers. Help organize a topical summit focused on feed management and climate-smart agriculture, engaging diverse stakeholders, including policymakers and academia.
