Postdoctoral Fellow – Plant genetics and Agrobacterium-mediated transformation

The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology invites applications for the position of Postdoctoral Fellow.

Position Description

Funding is available for a postdoctoral research position to work in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Oklahoma State University (see for more information on the Department). The applicant hired will work with the Mysore laboratory () on identifying and characterizing plant genes involved in biotic/abiotic stress tolerance and Agrobacterium-mediated plant transformation. They will contribute to experimental design, method development, implementation, and data analysis, as well as prepare manuscripts for publications. The postdoc will also be provided the mentorship and professional development opportunities tailored to their career goals.
