Requirements:

• Experience: 7-10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of relevant local experience.
• Background: Previous exposure to a consultancy environment is highly regarded, demonstrating strong understanding of contractual procedures, cost control, and client communication.
• Projects: Proven experience working on building and villa projects, with solid knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and measurement standards.
