Faststream Recruitment is working with a leading maritime business to recruit a Port Duty Manager – Planning & Performance for their Zeebrugge terminal.

This is a key leadership role providing operational planning, project oversight, and performance delivery across a fast-paced port environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for:
  
- Leading labour planning to ensure cost efficiency and resource optimisation
- Overseeing change and improvement projects (IT, infrastructure, HR, performance)
- Managing performance measurement, reporting and operational improvement initiatives
- Ensuring safe and efficient delivery of customer services in line with organisational strategy
