Overview:
The Assessment Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating and undertaking a range of complaint receipt, assessment and resolution functions and services for the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC).
The role provides a responsive first point of contact service to consumers, clients and health services in relation to complaint enquiries under the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004 (SA) (the Act), including identify and analysing complex complaints and providing expert advice, assistance and information.
