Assessing assembly requirements in production floor where a need arises to remodel such fiber optic assembly for NPI use.
Planning and scheduling of work loads and priority patch cords to build in parallel to job orders.
Preparation of work includes ultrasonic washing of connector components & cutting of fiber optic cables to specification that matches BOM.
Must be knowledge in OTDR test and test data interpretation, power meter & light source fault finding is a must.
