Full-time employee providing customer service via phone calls and answering questions regarding product, process, and policy. Supports business areas by operating the switchboard, connecting callers, answering billing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure policies are followed and refer or escalated as appropriate.
- Comply with all applicable legislations, industry codes, company policies, and procedures.
- Maintain 100% regulatory compliance with the laws set by the region’s government bodies such as SIRA and RMS.
- Ensure 100% compliance with mandatory general insurance requirements such as reading out the duty of disclosure.
- Adhere to credit card handling security using Secure Pause.
- Follow privacy and confidentiality agreements.
