Operation activities include entering data in systems, generating documents and tables, communicating with Hong Kong teams collect and clarify information, and etc.
Perform operation activities according to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements are met
Support ad-hoc projects / duties / system testing assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder with 1 years working experience in General Insurance
Working experience of operation support is preferred
Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Good command of Cantonese is an advantage
Self-motivated, detail-minded, mature and a good team player
