We are looking for a skilled Podcast Clipper / Video Editor who can turn long‑form podcast episodes into polished, engaging short‑form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Edit and repurpose long‑form podcast audio into short clips
• Add captions, subtitles, jump cuts, and on‑screen elements
• Format content based on platform‑specific requirements
• Ensure high‑quality exports optimized for short‑form delivery
• Collaborate with the team and creative lead for revisions when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short‑form social content
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for fast‑moving platforms
