Location: Lausanne

Contract duration: 6 months+

We are seeking a PMO resource to support a large-scale international transformation program in a complex, multi-country environment. The program includes major strategic initiatives such as:

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
• HR Workday implementation
• PLM-related workstreams

The role will ensure structured execution, coordination, and governance across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program governance and reporting
• Coordinate stakeholders and workstreams
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Maintain documentation and project structure
• Support Agile processes and ceremonies

Required Background

• 3–5 years’ experience in Project Management / PMO roles
