We are looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our Further Education college in Edgware, supporting learners aged 16–25 with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). This role includes personal care and physical support and is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people with complex needs to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with PMLD
• Assist with personal care (toileting, feeding, changing and hygiene)
• Support with mobility, including hoisting and use of specialist equipment (training provided)
