Mindfully Psychiatry is a growing private practice and is seeking a compassionate, collaborative clinician-operations manager who thrives in a role that blends patient care with practice operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing patients and playing a key role in shaping how a small but growing mission-driven psychiatry practice runs day to day. You'll have a meaningful mix of direct clinical impact and operational management-creating a balanced role with variety, autonomy, and growth potential.
Schedule: 5 days per week - flexibility in structuring your day based on patient care vs. operations; no weekends or night shifts required.
Salary: $110,000 per year.
