Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily dock operations and dock personnel.
- Ensure freight is loaded/unloaded safely and accurately.
- Monitor route completion and freight staging.
- Verify damaged freight is properly documented and scanned.
- Enforce dock safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Coach and develop dock employees on productivity and safety expectations.
